Inaugural Artists Futures Fund showcase
5 Emerging talents in visual arts
Launching October in lead up to Frieze week
Artists Futures Fund is proud to announce the launch of its inaugural annual showcase, Unframed Futures, celebrating the 2024–2025 Breakthrough Artist Fellows. Opening on 10 October 2025 at Art Yard Studio, Bankside Hotel, the exhibition will present bold new artistic expressions from some of the UK’s most exciting emerging talents.
Unframed Futures will feature works by Niamh Tam, Lily Rees, Lauren Pitson, Dale Hardy, and Mia Roberts, spotlighting a new generation of voices shaping the cultural landscape. The showcase runs until 30 October, and is curated by Hannah Wallis, artist, curator and d/Deaf activist, and Trustee for a-n Artists Information Company.
In addition to the public exhibition, the programme will include an artist-led panel discussion and a series of short films bringing us behind-the-scenes into each Fellow’s practice. Together, these elements will foster dialogue around the structural changes needed to ensure all artists can thrive, removing barriers and opening pathways to sustainable creative futures.
“This showcase is not just a celebration of five extraordinary artists; it’s a testament to what becomes possible when talent is nurtured and supported. We are committed to opening doors to diverse futures in the arts, and ‘Unframed Futures’ is the beginning of an exciting new chapter.” Olivia Mason, Director of Artists Futures Fund.
The showcase is presented in partnership with the Contemporary Collective x Bankside Hotel Artist Residency Programme, a long-standing initiative dedicated to championing early-career artists and connecting them with collectors, gallerists, and cultural advocates.
