Our Team
Artists Futures Fund is a registered charity and is governed by a Board of Trustees. The organisation is managed by a Director and Operations Manager (part-time) who work remotely and in partnership with our Programme Partners.
Olivia Mason
Director
Olivia is an experienced development leader with over 10 years of helping people access art and culture. She’s worked across major UK institutions, including Tate and East Bank, located within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, leading partnerships, fundraising, and programme delivery.
She focuses on growing sustainable income, building strong partnerships, and delivering projects with lasting impact. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Olivia works with boards and leaders to help make the arts more welcoming, accessible, and relevant to everyone.
Helen Felcey
Operations Manager
Helen is Operations Manager for the AFF. Helen has taught in academia since 2002, at Manchester School of Art and more recently at Liverpool Hope University within the School of Creative and Performing Arts.
Combined with her roles in education, she's worked on a wide variety of artistic projects and is a Trustee for Gomde UK Buddhist Centre.
Helen is the co-editor of ‘Collaboration Through Craft’, published by Bloomsbury.
