Artists Futures Fund is a registered charity and is governed by a Board of Trustees.
The organisation is managed by a Director and Operations Manager who work remotely and in partnership with our co-delivery Programme Partners.
Olivia Mason
Director
Olivia is an experienced development leader with over a decade of working in institutions enhancing public access to art and culture. Olivia brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, philanthropy, income generation, and programme delivery across leading UK institutions including holding a senior development role at Tate. Known for driving income growth, building impactful partnerships, and leading complex projects that deliver real results for organisations and audiences, with extensive experience working closely with Boards, Olivia is passionate about inclusivity and making the arts welcoming for all.
Helen Felcey
Operations Manager
Helen is Operations Manager for the AFF. Helen has taught in academia since 2002, at Manchester School of Art and more recently at Liverpool Hope University within the School of Creative and Performing Arts. Combined with her roles in education, she's worked on a wide variety of artistic projects and is a Trustee for Gomde UK Buddhist Centre. Helen is the co-editor of ‘Collaboration Through Craft’, published by Bloomsbury.
