Our Team

Artists Futures Fund is a registered charity and is governed by a Board of Trustees. The organisation is managed by a Director and Operations Manager (part-time) who work remotely and in partnership with our Programme Partners.

Olivia Mason

Olivia is a seasoned development leader with over a decade of experience widening public access to art and culture. She has led stakeholder engagement, philanthropy, income generation, and programme delivery across major UK institutions, including a senior development role at Tate.

She drives sustainable income growth, builds high-impact partnerships, and delivers complex projects that create lasting impact for organisations and their communities. Working closely with Boards and senior leaders, Olivia is passionate about championing and advocating for enhanced diversity and inclusivity across the arts sector, and is committed to making the arts welcoming, accessible, and relevant to everyone.

Helen Felcey
Operations Manager

Helen is Operations Manager for the AFF. Helen has taught in academia since 2002, at Man­ches­ter School of Art and more re­cent­ly at Liv­er­pool Hope Uni­ver­sity within the School of Creative and Performing Arts. Com­bined with her roles in ed­u­ca­tion, she's worked on a wide va­ri­ety of artistic projects and is a Trust­ee for Gomde UK Bud­dhist Cen­tre. Helen is the co-editor of ‘Collaboration Through Craft’, published by Bloomsbury.
